Many agents talk a great game, but just don’t get the job done. My Mom and I had to end realtor agreements with two separate agents before finding Jeanette Spicer. And, it made all of the difference! Having access to this information was vital and truly reassuring during the selling process, when you feel that you’re blind to so many contributing factors. If we had any questions along the way or became frustrated during the process, Jeanette listened to our feedback, answered all of our questions with background information to better understand the “why(s)”; and, she took action in negotiating based on our thoughts and expectations. This showed me that Jeanette actively listened and respected our perspective at every turn. So naturally, she was also great at managing the inevitable frustrations that came along with closing. Jeanette was reassuring, communicative and forthcoming. To that end, she instinctively began to work in collaboration with the buyers’ agent to meet all of the requirements of the bank that was funding the sale. Jeanette’s “can do”, positive energy was a pivotal force behind the success of our closing. Jeanette thoroughly prepared us for everything needed to successfully sell our family home. I’ve never seen anything like it! Even the tone of the closing was genuinely familial and authentically comfortable…if we’re honest, even enjoyable.
